1- Your booking has been approved by Summer Social Ltd.
2- Full payment has been received as set out in the Payment section of this document.
Once your application has been accepted, please proceed to book your items on the Summersocial.uk website using your account login and password. Once the Checkout has been completed the system will email your invoice to the account holder.
Payment of your invoice secures your booking and must be paid within 7 days from the invoice date. Please pay by bank transfer in GBP (£) (our banking details for will be shown on your invoice). Please use your invoice number as your reference. We cannot guarantee your booking without full payment and your Booth, Accommodation, Food Tokens, Attendees tickets, may be offered to someone else.
For cancellations received in writing before close of business on 1st April 2022, the total invoice will be refunded. For cancellations received after this date no refund will be given and the full cost of your booking is payable.
In the event of cancellation or abandonment of the Summer Social then no refund will be made.
Covid-19: All UK Government guidelines in place at the time of the event must be adhered to. Refunds will only be provided if UK Government restrictions prevent the event from taking place.
Electricity will be available to your pitch provided as follows: 6x3m booth – 4 sockets (Max 10A Total) 3x3m booth – 2 sockets (Max 5A Total) All appliances must be PAT tested and may be inspected by the Social Electrical Contractor, who reserves the right to disallow the use of any appliance deemed a danger and to take any action necessary to prevent overloading of the system.
All stands must be well-presented for your benefit and for that of the Social. Please display your business name and contact details on your stand in a visible and safe position. Exhibitors are permitted two 30 litre refuse sacks to be disposed of by site management. Any refuse in excess of this must be removed of by the Exhibitor. A penalty charge may be applied at the organisers discretion for any excess waste left behind.
After the Summer Social, Exhibitor email addresses will be shared with all Exhibitors for marketing purposes, if you wish to be excluded from this list please email admin@summersocial.uk and ask to be excluded from third party marketing. Please note that there will be photographers/videographers on site taking imagery of your booth and staff, if you wish to be excluded, please email admin@summersocial.uk
Amplified Music and/or Acoustic performance is Prohibited on all exhibitor booths, camping areas, all bell tent areas, Motorhome areas and carparks. Please be mindful of other exhibitors, neighbours and guests and keep noise to a minimum after Midnight.
We reserve the right to ask guests to leave the Summer Social site should any inappropriate behaviour be seen or reported.
Guests & Staff tickets are for trade only and we reserve the right to refuse entry/ticket issue without explanation. Guest & Staff ticket requests are limited. No persons under the age of 18 years old, supervised or otherwise, are permitted to attend the event or site in general and applies to all areas.
Wristbands must be worn by everyone on site at all times without exception. Anyone without a wristband will be asked to leave the event grounds.
Camping and RV spaces are limited, to reserve your tent/RV pitch using the online form in the Attendees section. You may be refused space if you have not booked in advance. Alternatively, you can contact admin@summersocial.uk to book this space. Pitches are allocated on a first come, first served basis on arrival. Music of any kind, amplified or acoustic is prohibited in all camping areas including Motorhome areas and all carparks. Please respect our no campfires/stoves and no glass rules on site. Property left unattended is left at the owner’s risk, we take no responsibility for the loss of personal possessions. Please use the bins provided onsite for your waste. All tents and camping equipment must be removed and must not be left.

Platinum Sponsors Only Day 4th August 2022 9am – 6pm
The main set up day is Friday 5th August 2022 between 9am and 5pm. Take down will commence at 5pm onwards from Sunday 7th onwards to Monday 8th.
The booth frame will be set up for you, you are welcome to add banners, tables and the like. Any advanced pallet deliveries will need to be delivered to Brill View Farm between Monday 1st August 2022 and Wednesday 3rd August 2022. Please note that due to access restrictions at the farm, the maximum wagon size for delivery of goods is 7.5tonnes. Do not send your consignment on an articulated wagon as it will be turned away. We strongly advise that you inform your freight company of this policy. To book your delivery in please email admin@summersocial.uk prior to sending.
Pallet collections should be arranged between Tuesday 9th and Thursday 11th between 9am and 5pm only and the maximum wagon size for collection of goods is 7.5tonnes.

Please note that goods and accessories used for display left in the booth are left at the Exhibitors risk, The Summer Social accepts no responsibility for loss or damage. Any forgotten items must be reported and is the responsibility of the exhibitor to arrange the collection of these goods at the exhibitor’s own expense. If no notification is received regarding forgotten items, these will be disposed of without notice and will incur a disposal fee.
Parking is available onsite; The Summer Social accepts no liability to damage or loss to/of any vehicle or its contents. Please refrain from parking on the roads surrounding the Summer Social. When arriving/leaving the site please observe the 10mph speed limit. Please note that all cars and vans must be moved to the carpark field after they have been unloaded. Strictly no camping or sleeping in the parking fields is permitted.
The Organisers will accept no responsibility for damage to or loss of trade stands, equipment, personal belongings, stock or vehicles on the showground or in the car parks. The organisers will not accept any responsibility for injury to exhibitors, staff or guests. Exhibitors are advised to check their insurance policies in respect of loss or damage and must have Public Liability cover with a minimum indemnity limit of £2,000,000. This must extend to cover indemnity for any products or services supplied or sold. The Exhibitor will indemnify and keep indemnified the Organiser against all actions, proceedings, costs, claims and demands which may be brought or made against the Organiser in respect of personal injury and damage to property arising directly out of the activities in connection with the Event, legal liability of the Organiser excepted. The Exhibitor acknowledges that the Organiser is not responsible nor holds any liability for any financial losses incurred by the Exhibitor, or for any loss or damage of equipment, goods or personal belongings, or personal injury of employees working for or connected to them.
Health and Safety – It is the policy of the Organisers to promote the standards of Health and Safety as prescribed by the Health and Safety Executive in the enforcement of Health and Safety Acts. All exhibitors are required to comply with the instructions given to them by Stewards of the Social regarding the safety of the Public. Failure to do so may result in removal from the showground. Stewards – Stewards appointed by the Social will be on duty on the Showground and in the car parks at all times whilst the Social is open. Accidents – any accident must be reported immediately to the Stewards who will inform the Social office for appropriate action. First Aid –a first aid team will be onsite at all times when the Social is open. In the event of anyone requiring first aid you must first inform a Steward who will summon assistance.
Smoking is not permitted inside buildings, marquees or individual tents at any time.
Exhibitors are responsible for the removal of refuse produced by their activities. This includes exhibits and parts of booth structures.
No bars or consumption of alcohol in the Pavilion areas.
No music, amplified or acoustic permitted on any booths, in camping and motorhome areas or carparks.
No canvassing, fly posting or otherwise promoting your brand beyond the limits of your booth.
Summer Social Ltd, staff and their agents reserve the right to request proof of ID.
If a ticket is duplicated, all holders of the ticket may be ejected from site.
The Summer Social is open to Registered Guests Only. Any unregistered arrivals will be refused entry without exception. No Registration on the day. Wristbands must be worn on site at all times
No under 18’s, supervised or otherwise.
No pets.
Summer Social Ltd, the Social site owner, and exhibitors cannot be held liable for loss or damage to persons, vehicles or personal property. Please help to keep the grounds tidy and use the bins provided.
No speeding. Observe the 10mph site speed limit at all times.
Wristbands must be put on arrival at the gate and worn throughout the weekend. Anyone on site without a wristband may be ejected.
No crossing into any area that has been marked out of bounds.
Please respect the boundaries and stay within the site grounds
Please car pool wherever possible.
No parking on the roads surrounding the Social site.
Exhibitors are permitted two 30L refuse sacks to be disposed of by site management. Any excess to be disposed of by the Exhibitor.
After arrival and unloading, all vehicles must be moved to the designated car parks as vehicles are not permitted to be parked beside tents/caravans.
Strictly no open fires, campfires, BBQ’s, gas stoves or lamps on site.
No Music of any kind is permitted in the camp site.
Please respect the site curfew between 2am and 8am.
If you want to stay up late, please respect those who are trying to sleep. Remember that noise carries across a campsite at night.
Please do not bring glasses or glass bottles onto the Social site.
Motorhome space must be booked in advance. Allocation on site is based on first come first served principles and will be designated on arrival.
